- Eligibility:
1.1. The Global VICTVS Exam Hack 2025 is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.2. Participants must have a valid email address to register for the competition.
1.3. Employees of VICTVS are not eligible to participate in the Global VICTVS Exam Hack 2025 (Exam Hack). This ban includes active members of our invigilator network.
- Registration:
2.1. Registration for the Hackathon opens on ——– and closes on ——–
2.2. Participants must register through the official VICTVS Exam Hack website and provide accurate information.
2.3. Only one entry per participant is allowed. If you are participating as part of a group, you cannot also enter as a single participant.
- Submission Guidelines:
3.1. Participants must submit their creative solutions for beating exam invigilation software through the official submission form provided on the Exam Hack website before the deadline.
3.2. Submissions must be original work created solely by the participant or participant’s team.
3.3. Participants must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party in their submissions.
- Judging Criteria:
4.1. Submissions will be judged based on creativity, feasibility, effectiveness, and originality. Full details on how participants will be judged and marked will be featured on the website.
4.2. The decisions of the judging panel are final and binding in all matters relating to the Global VICTVS Exam Hack 2025.
- Prizes:
5.1. Two prizes of $1000 will be awarded to the top submission in the single participant category and the group category, as determined by the judging panel.
5.2. Full prize details will be announced on the Exam Hack website.
5.3. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other alternatives.
- Team Composition and Guidelines:
6.1. Definition: A team constitutes of more than one person taking part in a single examination. Teams must consist of a maximum of 2 members.
6.2. Membership Eligibility: All team members must meet the eligibility criteria outlined in the registration guidelines.
6.3. Accountability: Every team member is individually accountable for their contributions to the project. By participating in the Exam Hackathon 2025, all team members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Code of Conduct:
7.1. Participants must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout the Exam Hack.
7.2. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification from the competition.
7.3 Denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks are completely banned. You will be automatically disqualified if you attempt a DDos. Conducting a DDos will also stop you from being able to creatively cheat your way through the exam.
- Disqualification:
8.1. VICTVS reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in any unethical computer hacking behaviour.
8.2. Disqualified participants will forfeit any prizes or benefits associated with the Exam Hack.
- Limitation of Liability:
9.1. VICTVS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Exam Hack, including but not limited to, any technical malfunctions, interruptions, or errors.
9.2. Participants participate in the Exam Hack at their own risk.
- Intellectual Property:
6.1. Participants retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their submissions.
6.2. By entering the Exam Hack, participants grant VICTVS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display their submissions in any media.
- General Terms:
11.1. VICTVS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11.2. By participating in the Exam Hack, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
